South Cottage - Parrot Cay (From $1,000 / week) Private Islands, Abaco Bahamas Secluded and tastefully furnished cottage located on a private, six acre island, only a three minute boat ride from Hope Town, across the sheltered waters of Abaco Sound. This cottage has one bedroom/one bath; with a Queen size bed. The kitchen opens onto a covered patio in a lush, tropical setting. There is a private telephone available for local or overseas collect or credit card calls. All utilities, linens and kitchen equipment included. Free weekly laundry service available. Rates are for two persons cottage, no children under 12 please. Cottages rent weekly MONDAY - MONDAY ONLY - 7 night minimum. Rate Details: Rates for Jan-Aug | Oct-Dec: $1500/week (includes 17' Boston Whaler) $1800/week (includes 21' Boston Whaler or 20' Albury Bros boat) $2000/week (includes 23' Albury Bros. boat) $1000 per week without a boat. A $1000 deposit is required for confirmation. Monthly rate by request.
