The freshwater lap pool separates the home from the sea. Indulge in the elevated hot tub complete with whirlpool spa -- perfect for sunset relaxing while the chef prepares your fresh seafood dinner. Retire after dinner with a Cuban Cigar and enjoy the amazing stars shining bright as there are no city lights. There is a huge outside shower and a series of decks for alfresco dining, intimate gatherings, or just relaxing in the tropical sun while the sail boats slide by on the Sea of Abaco. Unlike many of the private homes, this owner welcomes weddings, family reunions and other special occasions. Your personal house staff is in place, so no headaches for you to throw a party. Bali Hai at Tahiti Beach is truly a one of a kind luxury property in the Abacos. A few minutes by golf cart or boat and you are in the heart of the village of Hope Town. The candy-striped Elbow Cay Reef Lighthouse overlooks the pastel colored clapboard houses, sandy beaches and hidden coves as well as myriad waterfront eateries, music filled pubs, gift shops, gourmet coffee shop, bakeries, fish and fresh vegetable / fruit market, historic school house, museum, library, grocery stores, playground, etc. Only foot or bike traffic is allowed in the village and most island establishments include a boat dock in lieu of a parking lot. As a guest of Bali Hai at Tahiti Beach you will enjoy spacious living with amenities such as walk in closets, his and her bathroom areas, rain shower heads accented with separate body spray nozzles and wand. Though shared by up to 6 couples, the home offers tremendous privacy and ample interior and exterior living quarters. The second downstairs guest bedroom shares (Jack & Jill) the large bath and boasts a four poster King bed. There are two sunken living room areas complete with oversized fire place. Three sets of double French doors open to a pool side glass enclosed billards / lounging area adjacent to a wet bar (wine cooler, ice maker, sink, and specialty glassware) and butlers pantry. Satellite radios as well as compatible ipod connections allow guests to enjoy their favorite tunes throughout the property or in select locations like the seaside pool area or open moon / sun deck on top of the master bedroom. There is a daily housekeeper to make the beds and ensure you are truly relaxing in paradise. A masseuse is on-call. Enjoy being steps away from Tahiti Beach and its clear turquoise waters lapping on pure white sand bank jutting into a narrow strait of the Sea of Abaco where the island of Lubbers Quarters emerges from the calm waters. This island home has it all and the pricing for your stay is customized but based on the following: Tariff for 8 days and 7 nights with full staff (chef, captained boat, housekeeper) up to 14 guests $25,000. The home is available with partial staff (boat and captain, one day per week maid service). $15,000 per week 1-8 persons (Popular for Honeymoons). The house can also be rented bare bones for $12,000 a week. You may add additional guests for $500 per person per week. Guests of Bali Hai at Tahiti Beach will be responsible for boat gas, masseuse fees, food & beverages. Any extra activities requested i.e. golf carts, additional rental boats, fishing & diving trips, etc.
