The villa is a short walking distance from the fresh water swimming pool, tennis courts and the beach. The owners association maintains both the beach cabanas and the pool to insure privacy. The villa has two large bedrooms each with twin beds. A full bath is located off each bedroom. The villa is completely furnished with pots, pans, linens, beach towels, grill and lawn furniture. The kitchen features microwave oven, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator. The living room is spacious with sliding doors that lead to the screened in porch where you can enjoy eating your dinners and just relaxing. The villa has cable television, heating and air conditioning. There is also W-Fi internet access throughout the Beach Villa Owners Association at no charge. Donna Hudson and her crew will have the villa open and clean for you upon arrival and will check on you during your stay to ensure everything is okay. You will need to return the key to her so she can get it ready for the next's guest stay. You can find Donna's office at the laundry facility building. She will have fresh water in the refrigerator for you and you can purchase more water at the laundry facility for 50 cents. Sorry no smoking or pets.

Rate Details: $1,050 per week or $150 per night (3 night minimum) plus $150 housekeeping fees.
