The Hummingbird and Garden cottages are side by side properties which can be rented individually(one or the other) or together for a group. Both are surrounded by pink bougainvillea, palms, and night-blooming jasmine, and are set back approximately 150 feet from the private white sandy beach and dock. You can enjoy snorkeling and fishing right off of the dock, or hop in your boat and go island hopping! The cottages are a 10 minute boat ride to historic and quaint Hopetown on Elbow Cay. Guests will fly into Marsh Harbour International Airport. Renting a boat is necessary to get to Lubbers and for all transportation. Rentals easily available in Marsh Harbor!

The Hummingbird Cottage is a newly constructed 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with twin vessel sinks. It has an open living room and lovely kitchen area complete with a washer and dryer. One bedroom is located on the first floor, and the second bedroom is a loft space with a morning sink and vanity. The loft space has 2 built-in queen sized beds with drawers underneath each.

The Garden Cottage is a romantically secluded, one bedroom vacation rental with a complete and organized kitchen, gas grill and screened porch. It is a perfect retreat and getaway for two. It has a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a separate bathroom. The open living room and kitchen area has a comfortable futon couch and built-in banquette for dining. Off the kitchen and dining area is a screened-in porch with a hammock for total relaxation.

Rate Details: Hummingbird cottage $1200.00 per week (4 people) $100.00 each additional person
Garden Cottage $800.00 per week (2 people) $100.00 additional person
To rent both cottages $1850.00 per week
