The cottages are surrounded by a tropical setting of fruit trees and lush landscaping and have a private deep water dock 100 feet from your front door, there is a deck for sun and relaxation right on the water for your enjoyment. Just a four minute walk to a great beach from either cottage. Check in 3:00 PM, check out 10:00 AM We are flexible with arrival and departure dates if our schedule will allow.

Rate Details: $300 deposit per cottage per week to confirm reservations, balance due 3 months prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: We will refund your payment or reschedule your week at your option if we are able to re-rent your week. We will refund in full or reschedule your reservations, your option, if there is a Hurricane Warning issued for the Abacos by the National Weather Service (N.O.A.A.) within one week of your arrival date.
