Perfect beachfront accommodations for family reunions, wedding parties, and corporate retreats. The main floor has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a breakfast porch. The living area is comfortably furnished and perfect for entertaining and relaxing. There are two master suites w/ king beds, two master suites with queen beds (one bedroom w/ additional day bed with a trundle bed), one kids bunkroom w/ private bathroom (two sets of bunk beds each w/ a trundle bed), and one queen size sofa bed in outlook game room. Amenities include a gym overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, outdoor swimming pool and deck, office/study complete with high speed internet and fax, central a/c, generator, water maker, and two washers and two dryers. There is a den that has its own computer station, TV, and games. The den opens onto a shaded verandah. Enjoy commanding views of the Sea of Abaco and Hope Town Lighthouse from the outlook room on the fourth floor. There is a great swimming and snorkeling beach located below the dune. Private dock slip w/ water and power available at dock. Pets allowed. Rate Details: Rates are seasonal. $8,400 per week for 1-8 people and $500 per extra person for up to 16 people (8 adults & 8 kids). Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's rental weeks are $10,000 per week for 1-8 people and $500 per extra person. Discount for cash payment.
