Nestled into a rugged seaside cliff this brand new, luxury, architect designed oceanfront cottage has spectacular views from every window and sleeps eight people, with 4 bedroooms / 4 bathroom. The master bedroom suite is furnished with a romantic canopy bed. Downstairs there are three more comfortable bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, another has a queen and the third bedroom has twin beds. The main floor houses the sitting area, a gourmet kitchen, library/study and dining area with seating for ten is open plan with soaring ceilings and warm polished cedar walls displaying local art works. The wall facing the ocean has large sliding glass doors opening to a covered porch that brings the outside in and is furnished with elegant cushioned teak chairs and another dining table seating 8. On one wall of the great room is a 50 inch TV for movie nights and sports and there is a Bose stereo system and an I-Pod docking station for music. In the study there is Internet access for your laptop and shelves stocked with puzzles, games reference books and local history books to make your visit fun and educational. A sunny porch furnished with beach furniture and an outdoor gas grill opens directly onto the beach for sunbathing, sand castle building, swimming, beach combing and low tide cave exploration. For washing up after all of this there is a whimsically striped outdoor shower.
