A spacious covered porch with classic beach coral staircase welcomes you to Seaduction. Enter into the two sitting rooms, one more formal with 25-foot sea coral fireplace, one complete with entertainment center including satellite TV and DVD. An antique dining table seats 12 and overlooks the beach. High open beam ceilings allow you to appreciate the timelessness of this home. One of a kind custom made hardwood built-in furnishings surround Seaduction. A spacious kitchen with Viking Stainless Steel chefs stove with griddle, grill and double ovens will allow you to prepare whatever your heart desires. Corian counter tops and all modern amenities will tempt the chef. A split plan with Master overlooking and opening onto pool deck and beach. Master has custom 4 poster mahogany King bed and ensuite bath. Guest bedroom with Queen, deck entrance, water views and bath. Wrap around covered decks overlook both the Atlantic Ocean and Sea of Abaco. The third Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and is on north side of house. A large tiled freshwater pool is surrounded by both sunning and covered decks and an arbor. This home comes complete with a myriad selection of deck furnishings, from chaise lounges to Adirondack to teak tables and chairs for alfresco dining. From the swimming pool deck, guests can choose an elevated beach deck or steps down to the beach to snorkel and swim. Enjoy your favorite music either sitting inside or lounging by the pool, and don't forget your IPOD. Private but convenient to restaurants and shops. Central A/C and back up generator. If you want to stay connected to the real world, which we don't suggest, WI-FI is available. Comfortable pull out allows for guests to be added in living room area.
