This upscale home invites relaxation. Split plan provides two Masters each fitted with a King. The rooms are oversized with private deck entrances, additional seating for reading, desk area, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms. The owners spared no expense for their guests, sharing the highest quality linens, original artwork, laundry room (YES washer & dryer) with extra freezer, outdoor beach shower with seating on deck. The European designed kitchen offers the latest in cookery & crockery as well as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Interior ceilings are vaulted, open beam and combined with the soothing palette of colors and comfortable luxurious furnishings, ambient lighting ensuring a peaceful spa-like feel. Owner has brand new back-up generator. Vistas of turquoise waters, strings of islands and passing sailboats can be seen from both Masters and living area. This Guest Cottage offers choice of two twins or King, a complete kitchen, separate a/c, cd player and satellite tv, (shared phone line), private deck entrance, covered and open deck area complete with hammock and winding path through gardens to dock and Sea of Abaco. This waterfront property is a perfect tropical retreat to share with family and friends but owner discourages children. Enjoy sunsets over the Sea of Abaco in your front yard! Abaco Blue & Baby Blue are surrounded by mature trees & flowering gardens (so of course lots of hummingbirds, butterflies and other tropical birds) a trellis entrance leads to an oversized deck yet very short golf cart ride (owner enjoys the walk) to the village of Hope Town. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Atlantic side of the island are even closer - a short walk away. Suggest Golf Cart for evening jaunts.
